Whats the difference between an anxiety attack and a panic attack?
Q. I suffer bad anxiety and always have panic attacks...well at least i thought they were panic attacks. Someone mentioned anxiety attack to me today so i thought it was the same thing, but someone told me otherwise?

A. Anxiety attacks and Panic attacks are the same thing. There's no difference. However, scientifically speaking, it is impossible for your body to maintain a state of panic for more than 30 minutes. That is because the parasympathetic nervous system will kick in and stop the flow of adrenaline through your body. Your sympathetic nervous system is what creates that "fight or flight" response in your body. Regardless of how horrible and vulnerable it makes you feel, and believe me, i've had panic attacks before, ones which are just terrible, they will end. What is panic/stress related attack that would not require going to the hospital?
Q. What would be syptom of being in panic, being depressed, or stressing out, that would not require you to go to the hospital, but it serious enough for concern? Should you go to the hospital in case of Panic attack? This question is primarily about a teenagers, but answers about any age are helpful as well.

A. You could perhaps go to the hospital for a panic attack- they would probably send a therapist to talk to you which could mean she would prescribe you some medication which could be a good thing. If they feel you are a danger to yourself or to others they may admit you to the psych ward. If you think your going to kill yourself you need to call/go to the hospital or call 1-800-suicide, they can help talk you through it. And sometimes Depression can get to a point where you need to go to the hospital. Maybe you should opt for an "institution". One that is reputable though and one that isn't going to imprison you. You have to be careful for that now-a-days. If you can wait call a mental health center and set up an appointment with a therapist… [cont.]

Does a 6 attack brown work glove make a difference in maplestory?
Q. I'm thinking in buying a 6 attack bwg in maplestory. Im an assasin and i do aroud 400 damage. Will +6 attack really effect my damage?

A. It will increase your damage by a lot. 6 attack=around 10mil 8 attack= around 25mil I think Anything that has attack will increase your damage by a lot more than anything else if they have the same amount. EX: I am a lvl 53 hunter and a 6 attack work glove does more for me than a 10 Dex Glove. So basically, the more attack the better and go for it if you have enough money.
